I am interested ina strnght,speed and Sprint technique for Highschool students from 9th-12th grade.I would like to have the program start at the end of Summer and run through to track season here in the Bahamas.I await your response.Thanks!!!

I am a 15 year varsity football plaer. I was athletic enough to be a starter, both ways, on my team. We made it to the Chip game but were beaten by kids much stronger and quicker than us. Can you please help me build a program for my team and I so that we can become more competitive. Thank you.
