    Asap_logggooo_14_2

With the arrival of football season, it's that time for coaches and players to shift their concern to In-season Strength Training as they prepare to embark upon the upcoming game schedule. Once again, we caught up with ASAP Director Ted Lambrinides today for our weekly "Extra Point" Podcast segment, and as always, he had some interesting thoughts he shared. Here's the podcast which may take a minute or two to load.
