Start your training sessions today! ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power has completed the move to The River's Edge Indoor Sports Complex located in Cleves,Ohio. This huge, sprawling complex is a must see for any sports fan. Sports is king at this site where there's plenty of room for all participants. In this day and age of going "green".... there's plenty of green out here....Field Turf!!! Four huge fields of it. And for the observers.... giant flat panel screens, food and lots of sports drinks on hand. And, ASAP is there now, too. ASAP will be offering individualized personal training sessions and can also schedule some group training.
Ted Lambrinides is pleased to have relocated his training center at the Cleves site. ASAP Trainers Brent Beisel and Jamie Ray will join him there. They will be training, coaching and motivating athletes to train at another level of intensity.

Recently, the Kenton Volleyball Club (Kenton County Kentucky) began a rigorous ASAP training program. The program consists of several training aspects including goal setting, strength training, physical conditioning, jump training, ground-based sports skills, agility training, acceleration training and also explosive power development. One of the keys to improved performance is the development of lean body mass.
