Today's ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power Podcast features the Strength Coordinator for the Ohio State Buckeyes, Jeff Uhlenhake. Jeff knows about physical training, winning, football... and about Ohio State football. He grew up and played high school football just forty five minutes from the "old giant horseshoe" in Newark, Ohio where he played football for the Newark Catholic Greenwave. He then moved on to playing for the Buckeyes and earned All-America status as a star offensive lineman and captain.  From there he enjoyed a ten year career in the National Football League with the Miami Dolphins, New Orleans Saints and the Washington Redskins.  He had some stints as a high school head football coach and administrator, coached with Mark Dantonio at the University of Cincinnati and also spent some time as a coach with Cleveland Browns.

But Jeff Uhlenhake doesn't spend a lot of time bragging about his career or playing days....he's more concerned about the Buckeyes and helping out the careers of the current squad! Join ASAP Podcaster Ed Cicale for today's interview

ASAP endorses The "Ram" & The "Bear" Conditioning Tools

Theram_2 Every now and then a product comes around that...well.... needs to be seriously considered. Coaches at every level are taking a long look at this product.  Bob Morgan & Associates build these solidly constructed sleds that work great on grass, field turf and sand. We saw it at Michigan State University and it's at plenty more places. It's also an NCAA "legal" off-season conditioning tool. Besides the 3-4 Man Sleds and 1-2 man Sleds, they also have a few other products  worthy of a look, too. You can even order the blueprints to build your own!
