Doug was a four year starter for the University of Cincinnati Bearcats and starred as a defensive back. Doug coaches athletes at The Workout @ Covington and ASAP @ The River's Edge. Jordan Roell is a varsity football player at Cincinnati Oak Hills High School and continues to work on defensive back footwork and speed and agility training during the off-season.

Radio personality and local attorney Eric Deters of the 50,000 watt ClearChannel radio station 700 WLW radio station invited ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power podcaster Ed Cicale and ASAP Program Director Ted Lambrinides for some discussion on physical training and sports nutrition, vitamins, genetics and a few other topics, too.
WLW is known in the Greater Cincinnati area as "The Big One", so it was a natural to have ASAP on the airwaves..... ASAP is known for getting their trainees bigger, stronger, faster and more powerful!
