Our longtime colleague, Rick Court, has moved south....as in Deep South. He'll be heading the strength training program for the football team at Mississippi State, also known as "Hail State". He's leaving Ohio State University, where he was the associate director of football strength training. Rick also had stints at the University of Toldeo as head strength coach and also at Bowling Green State along with Michigan State University as an intern following his playing days with the Spartans' baseball team. Rick replaces Matt Balis, who left Starkville for the University of Connecticut football program,
Also, congratulations to Thomas Stallworth who has been promoted to Associate S&C for the Bulldogs. Thomas played college football at Tennessee Vols and had a previous stop at Grambling State as head strength coach.
