    Podcast part one ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power recently check out the strength and conditioning clinic at Michigan State. In fact, that's where we caught up with Dr. Ken Leistner. Leistner has written about training in publications like "Physical Development", "H.I.T. Newsletter", "HardTraining", "Powerlifting~USA" and his own, "The Steel Tip Newsletter". He's also an entertaining speaker at strength and conditioning clinics.

    Start your training sessions today! ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power has completed the move to The River's Edge Indoor Sports Complex located in Cleves,Ohio.  This huge, sprawling complex is a must see for any sports fan. Sports is king at this site where there's plenty of room for all participants. In this day and age of going "green".... there's plenty of green out here....Field Turf!!! Four huge fields of it. And for the observers.... giant flat panel screens, food and lots of sports drinks on hand. And, ASAP is there now, too. ASAP will be offering individualized personal training sessions and can also schedule some group training.

    Ted Lambrinides is pleased to have relocated his training center at the Cleves site. ASAP Trainers Brent Beisel and Jamie Ray will join him there. They will be training, coaching and motivating athletes to train at another level of intensity.

    Personal Training~Acceleration Training~ Sports Performance Training @ The Western Sports Mall Cincinnati

    An Open House is scheduled for ASAP's newest facility; ASAP @The Western Sports Mall in Cincinnati, Ohio. The open house will be on Saturday, April 14th from 10:00a.m till 1:00p.m. 50_boiman_2006_0113_bal_426_macht The open house will showcase the facilities and also feature a free autograph session. St. Xavier Bomber and present Indianapolis Colts linebacker Rocky Boiman will be on hand along with former Elder Panther Ricky BrownRicky_brown  who now plays for the Oakland Raiders. Cincinnati Bengal lineman and long snapper, Brad St. Louis will join the autograph session, too.
    The facility is located at 2323 Ferguson Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45238. The phone number is 513-240-7311.
    This training center will join the other ASAP~ Athletic Strength And Power performance centers found in the Greater Cincinnati area. Personal Training, Sports Performance Training and Acceleration Training will be paramount at the newest of the Cincinnati ASAP facilities!

    Ted Lambrinides

    Coach Ted Lambrinides has developed the ASAP program through over 28 years of coaching experience in the field. He served as the Assistant Strength Coach at The Ohio State University where he trained numerous Buckeye All-Americans in a variety of sports. Presently, he serves as a consultant to several NFL teams including the Cincinnati Bengals, the Jacksonville Jaguars and the 2005 World Champion Pittsburgh Steelers. He also consults for numerous major collegiate athletic programs. Ted is also a member of the NCAA speakers bureau where he is a nationally known and leading expert on Ergogenic Aids, Steroids and Creatine use (see link to Cincinnati Enquirer article). Ted's business model was featured in a June 2005 story from The Cincinnati Business Courier.
