ASAP Investigates New Trends in Fitness at The Club Industry Chicago Trade Show

ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power's Program Director Ted Lambrinides and Director of ASAP Performance Videos Ed Cicale researched the latest trends in the fitness industry on a trip to Chicago. In an effort to keep a finger on the pulse of the fitness industry, ASAP once again went on the road to the Club Industry fitness trade show and seminar convention. We captured some of the latest with our High Definition recording equipment and we'll be adding some small outakes that should be of interest to the thousands of coaches and athletes who frequent our website. Here's a look at one of the new treadmills being sold by Woodway. It's human powered...motorless!
