Ted Lambrinides announced today that his newest ASAP Athletic Strength And Power performance center will open around April 14th, 2007 on Cincinnati's west side. The facility will be called "ASAP at The River's Edge" and will be located in Cleves, Ohio at The River's Edge Sports Complex. The ASAP program is presently benefiting many athletes and trainees at several locations, including: The Workout @ Covington( Northern Kentucky), The Workout @ Adam's Landing (adult oriented personal training; downtown Cincinnati), and The Sports Performance Center (Tampa, Florida).
The new west side facility will feature the ASAP training system and cater to the junior high and high school athletes, as well as college and professional athletes, also. Athletes will develop strength, power, speed and agility through the use of a variety of modalities. An acceleration training program will focus on the need to develop stronger, faster, and quicker athletes....preparing them for the next level of competition. Ted will be one of the featured speakers at The University of Florida's Gator Strength Clinic to be held in Gainesville, Florida on March 2nd and 3rd. His topic will be on Speed Development Training.
