- Leg Press or Squats..... utilizing Hammer Strength Leg Press, Hammer Strength "H" Squats, and Barbell Squats
- Lunges.....Walking Lunges with Dumbells
- Dumbell Step-ups
- Hammer Strength and LifeFitness Leg Extensions
- Hamstring Work....consisting of LifeFitness Prone Leg Curls, Hammer Strength Seated Leg Curls, Hammer Strength Iso-Kneeling Leg Curls, and the PowerLift Glute Ham Machine
- Hammer Strength Adductor Thigh and Hammer Strength Abductor Thigh
- Hammer Strength Seated Calf Extensions, Standing Calfs and Soleus Isolation Calf Extensions
