ASAP Speed,Agility,Acceleration Training: Jake Current at The Workout @ Covington

While most high school kids are sleeping in on another summer Saturday morning, T.J. White and Wisconsin Badger to-be (in 2008) and ASAP Feature Athlete Jake Current hit the road... from Troy, Ohio down to Cincinnati...actually, Covington, Kentucky. The Reason: to train with ASAP Director, Coach Ted Lambrinides and to get prepped for his senior season as a 6'5 280 pound offensive lineman for the Troy High School Trojans.
