last summer my son who is now 13 took strength and agility classes-sports specific 9soccer)once a week ,general speed and agility twice a week at a different facility. You could pick the days and times you came from a choice of morning or evening. Are you offering anything similar?

My 11 year old son has been training with Jamie Ray since July. His quickness and coordination has improved greatly in just a few months. Thanks for all your help.
