Last week, ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power podcaster Ed Cicale was able to coordinate ASAP Director Ted Lambrinides and longtime (retired) Cincinnati Bengal Strength Coach Kim Wood for a meeting and podcast from the awesome weight training gym at Kim's home in Cincinnati. The topic: Steroid Drugs/ Human Growth Hormone in Today's Sports. The discussion also delved into The Mitchell Report, former Senator George Mitchell's 20 month investigation into Major League baseball's use of anabolic steroids and human growth hormone (HGH).
