Jacksonville Jaguars Coach Mark Asanovich visits ASAP The Workout @ Covington

The Head Strength Coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Mark Asanovich, made a visit to The Workout at Covington. Also making the trip was assistant strength coach Les Ebert who, according to Asanovich, is destined to be a head strength coach in the NFL one day. Both coaches were very impressed with the ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power training center located in Covington, Kentucky....... just minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Coach Asanovich and ASAP Director Ted Lambrinides were able to discuss the preparation and process used by ASAP to get prospects ready for the NFL Combine. Asanovich and Ebert were en route to Indianapolis for the annual event where college football players are invited for an an all encompassing evaluation, both physical and psychological.
Lambrinides and Asanovich also reviewed training program design and how best to prepare prospective athletes for the NFL Combine before the three headed to Indianapolis.
