Today's podcast, ASAP's 50th, is with a California football star... Billy Miller..... born and raised there and played football for the University of Southern California Trojans (USC). (That's Billy, pictured right following a touchdown scored by Ronnie Ghent later against the Bengals) Now, he's preparing for his eleventh season in the National Football League..... how does he do it? Well, when he's not playing and practicing with the New Orleans Saints, he's training and helping motivate other athletes to train hard at his athletic training center in sunny California called ELITE ATHLETICS. This summer, they had about 20 pro athletes, a host of college athletes, high school and middle school athletes, too. Reggie Bush was there... Bob Sanders. After all that, Billy Miller feels like he's in the best shape of his life. Billy shared some of his enthusiasm with ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power at the Hyatt Regency this morning while having a little down time on Game Day.
