2nd Annual MSU Strength & Conditioning Clinic for Football

ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power Program Director Ted Lambrinides will be one of the featured speakers for this year's Michigan State Strength & Conditioning Clinic for Football. The clinic will be conducted at the campus athletic facilities in East Lansing, Michigan and is designed to give all football coaches a solid foundation in the basic fundamentals of strength training, speed mechanics and agility training. The clinic will take place:
Saturday January 31st 2009
Registration and check in is 7:30- 8:30am
