Frank Pomarico...... and The Driven Spirit

I got to see Frank Pomarico yesterday at the Michigan State University Strength & Conditioning clinic. He's a big time Notre Dame alum and former captain for the Fightin' Irish football squad of 1973. Presently though, he's keeping an eye on Michigan Football since that is where his son, Tommy, plays football. Check out Frank's website entitled: The Driven Spirit. By the way, that's Frank Pomarico with a lead block at the point of attack..."Touchdown Notre Dame"!
