Bowling Green State University QB Tyler Sheehan signs with Houston Texans NFL

 
Cincinnati LaSalle High School and BGSU star quarterback Tyler Sheehan has signed a free agent contract with the Houston Texans (NFL).  Sheehan was a four year player for the Falcons and trained under Coach Aaron Hillmann. Following his departure, Tyler prepped for this NFL opportunity at ASAP~The Workout at Covington.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have selected Thaddeus Gibson, DE Ohio State. ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power got a close-up of Gibson in the weightroom at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center in Columbus, Ohio.

ASAP Trainee and South Squad MVP Kyle Lohrman: OhioCollegeFootball.com Senior Bowl

Longtime ASAP Trainee Kyle Lohrman demonstrated that hard work pays off! ASAP knew about Kyle long ago when he starred defensively at Cincinnati Loveland High School.  He became a regular at The Workout at Covington sprinting and lifting with the likes of eventual Super Bowl players Rocky Boiman (Colts) and Troy Evans (Saints).... and of course, many of our other collegiate and professional athletes. Following high school, Lohrman went on to become a star at Wittenberg University where the team made a nice Division III Playoff run in 2009.  Congratulations to Kyle Lohrman, who led all players on both teams in tackles (8) and an interception, too.

ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power trainee, Chris Ensminger is having another fine season in the German professional basketball league for Telekom Bonn and the EuroCup.  Averaging 16 points per game and 10 rebounds.... He's coming up big!!! Real BIG! Checkout this 70 foot photo that's hanging in Bonn, Germany. Good Luck Chris....we're awaiting your return following  the season and playoffs. ASAP Grieves Death of Trainee Matt James

ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power extends our condolences to the family, friends,  teammates and classmates of Matt James of Cincinnati St. Xavier High School. Matt was an extremely hard worker and was dedicated to becoming an outstanding athlete. At 6'8 and 300 pounds, the offensive lineman was about to begin his collegiate career at The University of Notre Dame.
