We're the first ones on the block to have one..... our new WILDCAT
Sled. It's just off the truck from The Ram Sled Company.
We really like it so far...and so do our athletes. Though that could depend on how you define the term "like".
It can be pushed, as depicted in our video, or pulled... see the photo on right. To try it, check out our training facility which is located in Covington,
Kentucky.....just across the Ohio River from Cincinnati, Ohio.
ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power 859-261-4111. Our ASAP @ The River's Edge sports performance center in Cleves also is using Ram Sled equipment.

A trip down I-75 from Cincy and ASAP was able to garner some video of some of the happenings in Lexington, Kentucky. The football squad there ia under a new direction with Head Football Coach Joker Phillips. With that change, came a new strength and conditioning staff.... first off, Ray "Rock" Oliver left his assistant strength position with the Cincinnati Bengals. Then, Ted Lambrinides left his post at ASAP and headed south also. Here's a look at some of the training footage captured just last week.
One of the mainstays of ASAP~ (Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky) summer training is our Saturday Morning Sprint Training & Agility Program. This supervised and scientifically designed Interval Training Program will get athletes in top condition. Period. Listen to ASAP Asst. Speed Coach Doug Monaghan (40 second explanation) discuss the typical ASAP Saturday MorningJust click on the photo to listen. In the photo, Doug Monaghan works with Tyler Moeller on speed training using a SpeedChute.
One of our
longtime ASAP colleagues in the high school strength & conditioning,
Mike Shibinski, was the subject of a nice write up in Friday's
Cincinnati Enquirer.... as he "Heads a Cutting Edge Program". It's all
conducted at Cincinnati Princeton High School where he has been running
one of the top high school training programs and also is a football
coach, too. Both boys and girls sports have benefited from Mike's
expertise at this school where he is also a department head and an assistant football coach. Mike's athletes can be found sprinkled throughout Big Ten, SEC, Big East and MAC colleges. Click on the "tire" for the ENQUIRER article
