Also, a salute to 17 game winner Bronson Arroyo, who has had a great 2010 season. Meet Mike Shibinski, a Cincinnati Elder High School graduate who's coached with high school state championships teams at Cincinnati Moeller and the Cincinnati Academy of Physical Education (CAPE). Coach Shibinski played college football for the Butler Bulldogs in Indianapolis, Indiana. His strength training expertise was developed at The Ohio State University as a graduate assistant coach there.
Today, his business is as a physical education department head, an assistant football coach and as the head strength and conditioning coach for the Cincinnati Princeton High School Vikings.... another southwest Ohio high school with a storied athletic tradition.
