Before long, the bowl games will be over and the off-season will commence. So, now's the time to start the serious planning stages of how you'll build a championship program....like for example, the Michigan State Spartans! Ken Mannie and Mike Vorkapich have designed a clinic that will serve to motivate and educate all sports coaches and personal trainers and anyone else who trains and conditions athletes.
I always look forward to learning from master strength and conditioning coaches. In fact, twenty three years ago, while I was training championship high school athletes in Cincinnati, Ohio, I sought to bring in the best coaches around to help me ignite my program. Coaches like Kim Wood, Ted Lambrinides, Rock Oliver, Chip Morton, Mark Asanovich, Shaun Brown, Ken Mannie, Mickey Marotti, and Brad Bates...to name a few... all left a great influence on my program. Years later, these guys are still at it... and sharing their knowledge with those willing to learn!
