While in Columbus, Ohio at the National Strength & Conditioning Assn (NSCA) Clinic, held at the Ohio State University, I got to see a great little strength training tool. The device is called the Exercise Bob. This thing isolates the musculature of the lower leg..... gastrocnemius, soleus, tibialis anterior and all the other smaller, intricate muscles of the foot. There's several exercises that one could perform while using "The Bob"..... this is definitely a nice piece to add to your training arsenal.
