There are different ways to ring in the new year. Some better than others... everyone will have their own opinion there. However, there is the ASAP way. That would require a good hard workout. So, unless you happen to be competing today, there's an opportunity to start the year off with a workout. I receive countless emails about workouts..."What to do?" "What not to do?" I prefer to let the experts talk about that stuff...just peruse our ASAP Archives for exercises, training tips, videos(also seen on our YouTube Channel). Anyway, for those who persist, here's this morning's workout, the first of 2012. It was done at The Workout @ Adam's Landing in downtown Cincinnati. Strictly upper body work today. I'll hit the squat work tomorrow. I'll have more workout updates on Twitter, too: You'll just have to follow!
