ASAP Director of Video Production, Ed Cicale recently revisited Ohio State Buckeye Associate Director of Football Strength And Conditioning, Rick Court and Assistant A.D. for Football Sports Performance, Mickey Marotti. On this visit, the focus was on the upgrades and changes to the football training center located within The Woody Hayes Athletic Center. Slowly, they have been making big changes in the Buckeye weightroom...which , logistically, isn't the easiest thing to pull off while trying to train one of the top teams in all of college football. However, they've managed!
The training center rivals any weight training center in the world... and is certainly a plus for any recruit who takes major college football and physical training seriously. So take a look at the video and find out what's been going on in "C-bus"
