We all go through the game of life with a fumble or turnover here and there...some of us with much bigger mistakes. Nevertheless, we all learn
lessons from those experiences, no matter how tough they may end up
being. The great thing about mankind is we have an ability to forgive
others as we take notice that they're taking strides toward
improvement... we all love a comeback story! Maurice Clarett's book is "A Season
of Thoughts" and a step in the right direction for this incredibly
gifted athlete who got thrown for a big loss...and ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power wishes him the best!
One of the most valuable lessons learned in sport is that when you get
knocked down.... you gotta get back up!
Former Ohio State Buckeye standout running backs Maurice Clarett and Boom Herron (photo vs Oregon) have been in training in Columbus at the Ohio State University's Woody Hayes Athletic Center.
They helped demo a few of the new strength training stations in the recently refurbished weight room...like the Pit Shark belt squat machine, the neutral grip bars, the Captains of Crush hand grippers, some of the hand strength development pieces, and the new wide attachment handles for the Power-Lift Lat Pulldown stations. It's all in the video. Daniel "Boom" Herron @BOOMHERRON1 is presently a running back with the Cincinnati Bengals
Clarett @ReeseClarett13 , who scored the winning touchdown in the 2003 National Championship Game for the Ohio State Buckeyes vs the Miami Hurricanes, has authored a book: "My Life. My Story. My Redemption... A Season of Thoughts" and is making an attempt at the game of rugby...possibly for the Olympic Team! He also maintains his blog with plenty of regular entries... and fitness training workouts. The new book is a compilation of Clarett's "deepest and purist thoughts" during some of his most trying and adverse circumstances: Prison Life.
