ASAP went back to Fighting Illini Country last summer to check in on The University of Illinois Strength Training Program headed by Aaron Hillmann. And, there was plenty of work to be done and plenty of inspiration, too... especially the influence of a player who's considered to be one of college football greatest of all-time stars...Red Grange.
Before heading over to The Ribeye Restaurant to talk strength training with Hillmann and work on a 10oz. ribeye and salad bar, Assistant Strength Coach Dave Andrews took a few minutes prior to the football team training time to shoot this video on some great ways to build and strengthen the upper back musculature.
