January 19th 2014: The 2013 Big Ten Champions and 2014 Rose Bowl Champions are set for their annual clinic in East Lansing. Find out the foundation and mindset of this winning college football strength program and The Michigan State Spartans who ended up ranked #3 in the final polls of the 2013 season.
Nov 7 2014: Here are the latest photos from our in-depth look into the MSU Football training program. ASAP recently checked in at one of college football's premier programs and with one of the more revered strength coaches in the game today.... Ken Mannie. He's been at it for thirty years, the last nineteen with the Spartans at Michigan State. He's had many of the players whom he's trained, move on to the NFL. Yet, more importantly to him, he's more proud of the program that he's developed in East Lansing, where the prevailing attitude is to "Earn The Jersey." Championships... bowl wins.... and presently, the Spartans sit atop the "Legends" Division in the Big Ten Conference. This poised Michigan State squad is on a collision course with an appearance in this year's Big Ten Championship game and they have their sites on the 100th Rose Bowl Game presented by Vizio.
