- Master of Ceremonies: 2015 MSU Spartan Strength & Conditioning Clinic
It's that time again to plan for professional development. We at ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power are looking ahead, too. In fact, our Director of Sports Science Ted Lambrinides will serve as the Master of Ceremonies at The Eighth Annual Spartan Strength & Conditioning Clinic at Michigan State University on February 6th and 7th 2015.
Ted has spoken from coast to coast over the last 33 years on everything under the umbrella of sports and exercise science. Before embarking on his professional career, Lambrinides completed undergraduate, graduate and post graduate studies at The Ohio State University. He served for nine years as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach for the Buckeyes...his alma mater, and at The University of Kentucky.
Recently, he's been been called upon as a guest speaker to many major college football programs where he's given streetwise and upfront talks to athletes about "Drugs, Supplements and Personal Conduct". His most recent talks have been to the football squads at the Michigan State Spartans, the Mississippi State Bulldogs and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Ted was able to continue sports science research as he coordinated the Exercise Physiology Department at Thomas More College....tweaking his methodologies while training many of the top athletes in the Greater Cincinnati Tri-State Region.
As a sports performance consultant, Coach Lambrinides has provided expertise on performance training and ergogenic aids to numerous collegiate and professional football and basketball programs. In fact, the past two years he's visited practically every SEC and Big Ten program and several NFL teams as well.
