ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power Director, Ted Lambrinides, is readying for a trip to East Lansing, Michigan as he's the emcee for this year's 8th Annual Michigan State Strength & Conditioning Clinic. The MSU Strength Staff as well as Coach Ken Mannie and Mike Vorkapich anticipate another great turnout!
