We checked in on Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. This MAC member institution is upgrading their facilities to the next level with leaps and bounds. With their new indoor facility...the David and Anita Dauch Indoor Sports Center, their state of the art strength training facility and future Athletic Performance Center about to break ground, Miami University has thrust itself back into a lead position in the conference.
Head Strength Coach Paul Harker and Assistant Strength Coach Adam Thackery basically rolled out the red carpet for ASAP media guy Ed Cicale and ASAP Sports Science Director Ted Lambrinides. We got a look at the new "indoor" as well as a look at some of the training going on there. Check out the pics and video for a close look.
