Step by step, Head Football Coach Mark Dantonio has been slowly and meticulously changing the face of Michigan State Football from what it was when he arrived in 2007, to what it is today... a nationally recognized college football program. And a solid brand. With the recent Rose Bowl and Cotton Bowl victories, and the big home win at Spartan Stadium against the Oregon Ducks last week, things are looking really good for the Green & White in East Lansing.
The strength and conditioning program there is top notch and directed by one of the most well respected strength coaches in all of football....that would be Ken Mannie. And, as Mark Dantonio told me, Mannie is, "the heart and soul of Michigan State Football."
