The ASAP Road Show rolled along as we made our way back to Tobacco Road on to the incredible campus of Duke University. Of course, before we rolled onto the beautiful private college in Durham, North Carolina ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power made a nutritional stop at The Original Q Shack. Anyway, once inside the Blue Devils' strength training facility, and as we made our way past a long row of the Sorinex rack system, we caught up with their Head Strength & Conditioning Coach Noel Durfey, who was assessing the incoming freshman players on a battery of tests.
