ASAP~Athletic Strength And Power, could see the transformation long before the team headed to their off-campus training camp at Camp Higher Ground in the rolling hills of Southern Indiana. Fans back in Cincinnati were full of hope for Head Football Coach Luke Fickell's second season. The first season brought changes and adjustments and the squad struggled to a 4-8 ending. However, the program's foundation was established. Coach Fickell just kept grinding. And recruiting. Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Brady Collins and his staff went into "non-stop" mode and went about the task of developing players in a makeshift training center known as "the bubble", as their strength training complex at the renovated Fifth Third Arena was under construction. The Bearcat players took on a brotherhood mentality and attacked the intense workouts and trusted in the designed program.

********And coming up this Saturday, the Cincinnati Bearcats (9-1)will make their presence known to the biggest of national audiences as they will attempt to bring a halt to the UCF Knights (9-0) and their 22 game win streak. Kirk Herbstriet, Lee Corso, Chris Fowler... the whole deal, as ESPN College Gameday heads to UCF for the huge match-up. . The Bearcats are ranked at #19. In addition, this week they received their ranking in the College Football Play-offs .
