West Virginia Mountaineers' Men's Basketball strength and conditioning coach Shaun Brown has had to make fast break transition for his annual Performance Four Strength & Conditioning Clinic this year. Yes, the China Virus zapped The Final Four Atlanta and of course, The Performance Four ATL. Both were set to be huge events, but Coach Brown has gathered his resources and has come up with an alternative rescue!
Using technology support from Hammer Strength, the clinic will switch to an online format. So, coaches can live-stream this clinic on April 9th from 1-5 pm. It has a very reasonable $50 fee and only $15 for high school coaches.
